Returns Policy

It’s No Drama If Something Is Not Quite Right!!

 

In an ideal World every customer would love their purchases from Mode Fashion, but we understand that this is not always the case.  Therefore, we will refund any item that you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of us receiving your returns.  It’s easily done, just consider the points below and then follow the process at the bottom of the page!!

 

Item Condition?

Items should be returned in a saleable condition, with all tags and labels intact, in a sealed bag and with an attached returns form containing all the relevant information.

 

If for any reason we refuse to accept a returned item, due to it being in an unacceptable condition or if we suspect that the item has been tampered with, we will notify the customer of our refusal and will either destroy the item or returned the item to the customer.  The customer will be liable for the postage costs.

 

Time Span?

Unfortunately, returns that reach us later than 14 working days from the date you received the item cannot be accepted.

 

Wrong Address?

If an incorrect/invalid address is stated for delivery and the parcel is returned to sender, then the customer will be liable for the original postage, plus the cost of the return postage to our office.  There will then be postage added on to the parcel if it is still required.

 

Refunded Money?

Any refunds will take up to 14 days from the date that the returned item is received by us, but we try our best to do it a lot quicker.

 

Special Cases?

Underwear and Swimwear is non-returnable due to our hygiene policy.  Any sunglasses returned must include all packaging and cases.

 

Exchanges?

Our website does not enable us to perform an exchange transaction.  Sadly, you will need to return any unwanted items for a refund, using the steps below, before purchasing your next item.

 

 

 

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS(S):

 

 

This is how easy it is to return those problem items:

 

 1. Re-pack the item in a sealed bag with labels and tags still attached.  If you have lost the returned item form please write a description of the problem with the item on a slip of paper and place inside the parcel.

 

2. Please complete the returned item form that came with your parcel, fold it in half and attach the returns address label(the other side of the form) to the outside of the sealed bag. If you have lost the returned item form please send the parcel to:

3. We recommend using the Post Office counter and obtaining a proof of postage, or using a tracked courier service to return an item. Any returned parcels are your responsibility until we receive them, so please DO NOT ATTACH A STAMP AND POST THE ITEM IN A POST BOX, as we are not liable for missing parcels and you will have no proof that the item was returned.

 

4. Upon receipt of your returned item it will take up to 14 working days to credit your account with the refund.  Shipping costs are not returned to the customer and so will be deducted from any refund.
